Invasive squamous cell carcinoma

. The malignant epithelial cells have anisonucleosis with irregular nuclear chromatin with prominent nucleoli. A few fibre cells and caudate cells are also seen (arrow). The background shows abundant haemorrhage and some necrotic debris.
