Metastatic sarcoma lung.
Sectioned surface of the lung shows replacement of slaty-grey spongy parenchyma with multiple, firm, grey-white nodular masses, some having areas of haemorhages and necrosis. Microscopic appearance of pulmonary metastatic deposits from sarcoma.
