Lichen Planus.

 A, This patient was diagnosed with erosive lichen planus affecting the buccal mucosa and was treated with topical corticosteroids. B, Same patient 2 weeks later. The creamy-white plaques of pseudomembranous candidiasis have developed as a result of the corticosteroid therapy. C, Same patient after antifungal therapy. At this point, he was asymptomatic.
