Why in cushing syndrome fats accumulated in trunk nd pubic region??

Glucocorticoids redistribute subcataneous fats from extremities to the face, neck and the back producing moon face and buffalo hump.

I think it happen there too but according to skin elasticity there it become more prominant. Write the answer please.
