How its possible a 30 years old men to have 80/40 mmhg tensio arterialis,he had just a pericarditis long time ago,the heart is good in magnetic resonance,all hormones are ok,he just have hypoteniso its very strange....

30 is young only anything that lasts for a long time can develop many malfunctions especially when it comes to the heart. Pericarditis is serious if it doesn’t get treated, it is inflammation in the pericardium. Based on what I’m hearing hypotension can also cause heart problems as well. For example, the heart may not be pumping enough blood out and this may cause blood to move in opposite direction or valve malfunction.

Yeah your opinion it's not wrong but in that case patient had collapsed too many times,have a bit and extrasistola in ecg and that caused right ventricule failure now is in good condition but he have hypotension again he had pericarditis now the problem it's not solved I am student and i was looking for answers thank you. Regrads
