Diagnosis
52 yom existing vitiligo. c/o redness, tenderness, swelling of right ring finger x3 days. Auto mechanic, but states no recent injury to said digit; states redness and swelling has progressed to webbing of finger since Yesterday. Hx of htn, but otherwise healthy. Any ideas?
