Port Wine Stain.

 Nevus flammeus of the malar area in a patient without Sturge-Weber syndrome. Unless the vascular lesion includes the region innervated by the ophthalmic branch of the trigeminal nerve, usually the patient does not have central nervous system (CNS) involvement.
