Verruciform Xanthoma.
A lesion of the ventral tongue exhibits a biphasic appearance. The anterior aspect demonstrates elongated white (well-keratinized) projections (large arrow). The posterior aspect demonstrates a surface of yellow, blunted projections (small arrow).
