Why the insulin is sensitive to ingested glucose more than injected one?

That's a good question. In my opinion, the ingested glucose remains more in the blood than the injected one.

When ingested, glucose also stimulates release of glucagon like peptides, in the intestine that also work to lower the blood glucose, it's a very interesting phenomenon. You can also look up, gliptins which are drugs that help increase their availability and are a new class of anti diabetic drugs!
