Lower you amount of caffeine intake, turn off your phone 2 hour before sleep time,(or turn it on blue light filter). Have nice sleep☺
Do not go to bed before 5a.m.😵, then wake up 2 hours later If you live like this; aproximitly 3 days after you will always sleep, everywhere😸
Just start doing yoga every morning @ 4:00 AM! And follow me if ur problem gets solved😅. On a serious note....ya ! Yoga will obviously get u cured.
