Von Willebrand Disease
Von Willebrand Disease is autosomal dominant and most common inherited bleeding disorder. In which there is deficency of von Willebrand factor. vW factor plays an important role in hemostasis.its deficiency causes easy brushing, skin bleeding and prolonged bleeding from mucosal surfaces. Lab shows normal platelet count, normal PT/INR, normal aPTT. Treatment is Dasmopressin
