It refers to obstructive airway disease of bronchi and bronchioles characterized by chronic transmural inflammation, with airway dilation, thickening collapsibility and mucus plugging. Associated with the cystic Fibrosis, primary ciliary dyskinesia, Rheumatoid arthritis, SLE and tuberculosis. Patient presents with chronic cough associated with copious foul-smelling sputum, hemoptysis and coarse crackles, digital clubbing and halitosis. Treatment includes bronchial hygiene and antibiotics
