Case of 5 Canals in Mandibular 2nd Molar. The case is elective endodontic treatment of 47. Although 3 distal canals are the significant finding but the mesial canal had 2 sharp curves, it took me 4 sittings to complete this case, but the three distal canals were accidental findings on the last day during obturation.
