30 second ventricular standstill
Pt called ambulance service after unconscious collapse. On full examination NAD with nil head strike. En route to hospital pt was observed to have an approx 30 second ventricular standstill whilst asleep. Pt remained asymptomatic.

It isn’t asystole there is still pwaves, his blood pressure was stable, he was conscious and asymptotic. Defib Pads were applied and the crew were prepared for CPR
