Female 40 years old. A small node like growth increasing in size for last 3 months. Xray shows no deformity in bone. No Arthritis. The same growth in almost all fingers in hand on the intephalangeal area .

Could be a ganglion cyst. Further tests would be needed, often times a light can be shined in the area to confirm the presence of fluid. Aspiration can be a simple procedure to remove the cyst.

Applying pressure to the area to test for discomfort or pain. Aspiration can also confirm based on fluid extracted. I would do imaging like an X-ray or MRI to rule out other conditions such as a tumor.
