I have running nose from past 6 months . When I consulted an ENT doctor , He had prescribed me fruticone nasal spray and sporomont tablets to check if its because of pollution. After 1 month too there was no improvement in my condition so I discontinued the drugs and went on with that running nose , always blowing my nose loudly and strongly. Now, From 1 week , I have left side half head ache , its so severe that I cannot concentrate in my studies. Can anyone tell me the possible causes and cures for the same. I would be extremely grateful to you if you do so!
You have allergic renitis and alletgic sinusitis, so you develop headaches. I suggest using nasal wash N/S BD for washing your nose and sinuses and starting your nasal spray TDS 2 puff each nostrils with tab loratadine at night and citrizine every morning until you become better. Continue the same until 2 weeks and after that reduce nasal spray to 2 puff daily nasal spray and after 4 weeks use it odd or even days. But you should continue it as long as you have this allergic state. During time your allergy will become better insha Allah.
For your allergy I suggest my experience with Sisymbrium sophia seeds. Use this drink every morning before breakfast. one cup of hot water+ Sisymbrium sophia seeds +honey.
You must continue the drugs as much as you can. Allergic conditions are stubborn.
You may need to add NSAIDs as Ibuprofen+ decongestant for headache
