Patient K. came in with complaints of fever up to 40C, weakness, dyspnea, shortness of breath. When Covid-19 test was performed, the result was positive. A CT scan of the OGC was performed in the emergency room - bilateral polysegmental pneumonia. Past medical history: chronic gastritis, bronchial asthma. The patient was prescribed favipiravir, heparin, cefaperazone, dexamethasone. On the third day the patient noted a sharp deterioration of well-being and tarry stools.
