What is diff between leiomyoma and leiomyosarcoma

Leiomyosarcoma is not the same as leiomyoma. Leiomyoma also starts in smooth muscles, but it's not cancer and doesn't spread.

Leiomyoma is benign tumor of smooth muscle,,but leiomyosarcoma some time is malignant
