A 34 years old man came to the ER due to neurogenic defects mainly in the lower limbs, and having severe lower back pain . His history indicated a long term of pain ,tenderness in the back and fever Investigations - >leuckocytosis , elevated inflammatory markers above normal and septicemia . What's your DDx?
