A 35-year-old man presented to the clinic for a maxillary restoration. The incidental finding was a large cyst in the left ascending ramus of the mandible. The risk of a spontaneous fracture was significantly increased. In cooperation with the University of Freiburg - maxillofacial department, a cystostomy was performed after histological clarification. A complete remission was seen after the treatment. There are about 3 years between the first X-ray and the last one. By: https://www.instagram.com/reel/ChXlSyIqz_h/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
