Well look close to the dark spots on the heart, they are called tardieu spots, they can be seen on the heart or lungs if the victim died of asphyxiation, it can be also due to raptured blood vessels! Thats why each suspected death forensic medicine do autopsy and look closely to many signs that can lead to the cause of death!
