I'm teenager (14 yo), I want to be a doctor (surgeon) one day, do you have any advices? opinions?
As a senior about to graduate, I would advise you to get involved, study, and just find a passion to keep motivated. You’re still young and you might change your career choice, I didn’t discover that I wanted to be a doctor until this past year. However, if you are truly passionate, I recommend trying to shadow doctors maybe around your junior/senior year (maybe sophomore year I’m unsure), volunteer at hospitals, do community work, study for your ACT and SAT, research colleges, do well in school, stay motivated, and have a plan for your future in medicine.
I saw that you said #plasticsurgery, if that’s what you want to do be sure to do research on it as well!
Same as my case ....u wanna become surgeon ...u have to take a dive of whole medical knowledge, to find ur desired fish...
