HELP ME

HELP ME

It is the first time and it does not burn. He had an allergic reaction at Amoxicillina and the day after he put his hands in water with detergents and he had this reaction. When he doesn’t put the ointment, hes hands they are swollen. He is under a therapy with antihistamine zirtec and therapy with cortisone ointment and antibiotic ointment. What is this? Help me

I think it is contact dermatitis. But if he have muscle weakness check CPK and EMG for dermatomyositis as well.

Okay but is it normal having this reaction in a lot of part of the body? According to our doctor, he had an allergiee in some parts of the body where there are red parts and he also said that according to the fact that the allergiee has became systemic, he has became sensitve and when he put his hands into this solution with water and an aggressive detergent he had this contact dermatitis. His doctor gave a new therapy with cortisone that he has to take three times per day for a week plus anthistaminic zirtec two times per day. The doctor said that he will feel better in two/three daysz.

Is he had any symptoms like fatigue , muscle weakness? Where does he have other lesions? On the joints? On the eyelids?
