Trauma patient having severe accident , result in blood clot in head region.

Patient detail-
 Name....... 
  Age - 28 yrs 
Sex - male 
   Normal bmr
  No any gene mutation and heriditary disease 

Case- this patient meet with a severe accident during driving a motar bike 🚲 which cause his head to bump with a car

 Problem - patient in coma
According to MRI report patient  have blood clot in head region.
  
Cure- surgery was done to remove the clot.
 After surgery patient goes in icu where he were in coma for next 10 days.
 In 15 days he becomes slightly ok and taken out from icu and shifted in ward.
 He realised after 1 month..

 Now patient is OK, he is able to talk and recognize other.
  Now patient  of Nearly 5 months after that accident


 Now topic of concern - still his left hand is not working. He is not able to lift up his left hand, rest every thing is fine.
