Surgical removal of mandible bone (oral cancer)

Case- a male patient of 43 yrs of age,. suffering from oropharengil cancer. Diagnosis - my seniors suggested him to have a guided fnac( fine needle aspiration cytology) and MRI, we. Have also done important hematological and serological testing of the patient. Treatment - after seeing the patient and his report they cancluded that the patient have tumor outgrowth. ๐Ÿ‘‰before doing surgery doctors first take out his small section from mouth and send in frozen section for analysis. In frozen section report they found that the tumor has invaded in bone too. And it is in the case of malignant. Do they removed the bone and set his mouth ๐Ÿ‘„ by using clips. Further they transferred the patient to the department of nuclear medicine for radiation therapy. Now the therapy of patient is going on. I hope he will br OK soon. ๐Ÿ‘‰comment what u will do if u will get this type of patient.
