A very bad night shift
A 70yo woman that experiences a vertebral fusion and was in postop . Suddenly increase in hr & decrease in bp, so i apply 500cc N/S and after that 1000cc for 12h. What should be done in this situation by nurses?

Oxygen supply and start dopamine infusion 5.0ml/hr and taking bp within 30 minute if bp was normal then stop infusion
