Undiagnosed opthalmology

What is the clinical importance of the brownish/yellowish circular demarcation around the cornea/limbus ? (Patient is 26 year old male without any opthalmological complaints, this picture may aggravate clinical suspicion as it is a macro picture, ultra structures are over depicted. On naked eye examination the mentioned conditions are not detectable)
