🎯History: Kawasaki disease when aged 5 (now an adult) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🎯CXR: Calcifications in the expected locations of the left main and right coronary arteries, prior median sternotomy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🎯CT: Calcified, thrombosed left main and right coronary artery aneurysms with patent saphenous vein "Y" bypass graft to the right coronary artery and the left anterior descending coronary artery. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🎯These are typical post-Kawasaki disease findings. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👤Case courtesy of Stefan Tigges, Radiopaedia.org, rID: 98013
