I had a 65 y old male patient with history of unknown bitting from 36 hrs earlier. Site of biting was red and necrotic. He also stated that he has found a little snake in his house that day. He was stable and stable at the time of visit. Here is the thing, Do coagulative problem and neurological ones happen after 36 hrs from snake bite? And what is the next step in this case? Thanks
