Esotropia

Esotropia is a type of strabismus (eye misalignment) in which one or both eyes turn inward. Although the condition occurs most commonly in infants and children, it can develop at any age. Esotropia is a result of problems with the eye muscles, nerves that send information to those muscles, or the part of your brain that controls eye movements. It can also occur after an eye injury. Genetics or family history. If your parents or siblings have esotropia, you're more likely to develop it
