thank you, greetings to spain, the reason why i asked was because in some countries and mainly in UK they dont use prophylaxis anymore

In Spain is just indicated in: high risk procedures (gum or periapical region involved, or perforation of the mucosa) in high risk patients (patients with protesic valve, previous endocarditis, or congenit cardiopaties). With 1 dosis of amoxi or ampicillin (if allergic-clinda) 30-60min before procedure.

I take a 2g loading dose 2 hours before dental work and 500mg q4 x 2 doses. Source...my cardiologistπŸ˜ŠπŸ’š

in UK for example it is not recommended anymore to use antibiotics as prophylaxis
