You can easily store breast milk in containers. Here are some tips that may come in handy. • Wash your hands properly. • Use washed glass containers, clear plastic containers or freezer bags to store breast milk. • Prefer freezing breast milk if you don’t intend to bring it in your within 24 hours. • Label the milk with date and time. • Combine cooled milk with other cooled or frozen milk as long as the quantity of the cooled milk is small enough that it doesn’t thaw a frozen batch.
