Here is what you should NOT eat during pregnancy. • High mercury fish e.g. shark, orange roughy, swordfish, tilefish from Gulf of Mexico, king mackerel, marlin, tuna (especially bigeye tuna) • Undercooked or raw fish • Undercooked, raw or processed fish • Organ meat • Raw eggs • Caffeine • Unwashed foods • Raw sprouts • Unpasteurized milk, cheese and fruit juice • Processed junk foods • Alcohol
