How often should I exercise after kidney transplant?

Frequency of exercise depends on general physical health and stamina. Initially, work out for 20 minutes daily to develop a routine. If you can't exercise daily then it is best to work out every other day instead of quiting. Gradually, you will build stamina and endurance and maintain your routine as well. After every month, increase the time by 5-10 minutes and continue with same pace.
