Means your degree has been handed over to you. If you are finished your degree requirement but I've not received your diploma, then your degree I've been conferred. Not sure if I am right.

“Conferred Degree" means you've finished all the academic and administrative requirements of your education program. When your degree is conferred, it shows you are a legal and official graduate of your program. Conferred Date is the date on which the student is awarded their degree.
