Has the patient have a history of diabetes? Diabetic neuropathy maybe. really cut?

Scleroderma has some similar lesions but more distal. Does she have raynaud.

Thanks! This was at home, I’m actually a 14 year old😂 my grandpa got cut and since I want to be a surgeon, I wanted to treat him. So he let me, I sterilized the wound and used a antibiotic cream and put it on the wound and bandaged it up but I posted this because I wasn’t sure about the dermis sticking out the cut
