A female patient aged 50yrs came with the chief complaint of pain and swelling in the lower abdomen. On examination there was free fluid in the abdominal cavity. On USG there were bilateral adnexal masses irregular partly solid and partly cystic. CA125 levels were 285. The fluid had sugar 20mg/dl and was an exudate. What is your provisional diagnosis?
