Merkel's diverticulum

An outpouching or bulge in the lower part of the small intestine. It is a true diverticulum.. In 2% of population it is found. It mimics as appendicitis. 2inch long, 2 ft proximal to the ileocecal junction... . Many of the cases it presents with bleeding. Wild mouth:- leave it Narrow mouth :- obstruction will be there, reset it. It can be a content of the hernia too called Merkel's hernia
