Beatie, a trans man, had gender reassignment surgery in March 2002 and became known as "The Pregnant Man" after he became pregnant through artificial insemination in 2007. Beatie chose to be pregnant because his wife Nancy was infertile, doing so with cryogenic donated sperm. Beatie's first pregnancy resulted in an ectopic pregnancy with triplets, requiring emergency surgery and resulting in the loss of all three fetuses.Beatie has since given birth to three children. The couple filed for divorce in 2012. The Beatie case is the first of its kind on record, where a documented legal male gave birth within a traditional marriage to a woman, and for the first time, a court challenged a marriage where the husband gave birth.
Just because someone changes their name and their gender does not make them a male. This is a female who had gender assignment surgery who now gets injected with testosterone that’s how she got the beard. She just kept her ovaries. It is medically impossible for a man to have a baby. This should not be on any medical site because it’s not a medical finding.
Not biologically possible. He is still a female. Out of all places to find crap like this, I'm disappointed it's on a medical platform

In a world where being a transgender is becoming more and more normalized, this certainly does belong in a medical application. We’re growing towards a future where this might happen again. This case, at the time, was a one of a kind. A trial-and-error resulting in a few healthy children. If you disagree with it - albeit by culture or religion - is not the question nor of your concern.
