What is Transient Insomnia?
Transient insomnia is a common type of insomnia. Everyone experiences it at some point of their life. In this type, the insomnia lasts for few days or a week. Any change in your lifestyle or comfort zone can induce transient insomnia. Jet lag, late-night events on holidays, moving to a new place, nervousness about a new project, job, and relationship and family and workplace issues are the common causes.
