Physical activity drives a person towards healthy lifestyle. It is the opposite of stationary lifestyle which is hazardous for human health. When we talk about physical activity we mean walking, jogging, cycling, playing sports, running chores and utilizing body energy to carry out different tasks. Physical activity usually requires exposure to outdoor environment. If the outdoor environment is polluted there is high possibility for the pollutants to gradually enter the respiratory system of an individual where they insidiously develop unwanted effects.
