Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) is a group of liver conditions that are not caused by alcohol consumption. NAFLD is mainly asymptomatic unless it becomes severe. It presents with fatigue and pain or discomfort in the upper right quadrant of abdomen. NAFLD advances into liver cirrhosis.
