Your gonna need to give more information than this. Also what is a lumber triangle. Try and make sense

The margins of the inferior lumbar (Petit's or just lumbar triangle) triangle are composed of the iliac crest inferiorly and the margins of two muscles – latissimus dorsi (posteriorly) and external abdominal oblique (anteriorly). The floor of the inferior lumbar triangle is the internal abdominal oblique muscle. There’s also a superior lumbar triangle, but it lies deeper and often is found in cadavers.

Pain is different than swelling . patient with hernia complain of swelling not pain when he complain of both pain & swelling it means that it is complicated hernia . pain of left lower quadrant may be due to : UTI , IBS or constipation
