Reserve 30 minutes forexercise every day and you will notice how active, energetic and healthy you feel. The easiest exercise is walking while the most interesting exercise is gardening. You can pick anything in between! Exercise has endless benefits. It helps build immunity by recruiting highly specific and specialized immune cells. These immune cells circulate through the body at higher pace finding every pathogen to save you from infections and diseases.

Yes! Our bodies are made to be moved around. Exercise increases cortisol in the acute fase. However, afterwards testosterone, endorphines and other hormones are released. These are very usefull for the good feelings after exercise, think about the runners high. Periodically stressing your body makes it more resilient towards other stressors in the future, such as infection. Also, testosterone is dropping in males in the last 50 years, which is most likely not helping with general health, so exercise is a must in modern society!
