Low density lipid (LDL) is a type of protein that helps in circulation of cholesterol in body. It is also called ‘bad cholesterol’. High density lipid (HDL) is a type of protein that absorbs cholesterol keeping blood vessels free of cholesterol. It is also called ‘good cholesterol’. Trigylcerides are dietary fat produced in the liver. They produce energy and store fat.
