Patient with a history of ‘eye floaters’, which was diagnosed as a congenital infection. However, the patient is now in late 50’s and diagnosed with pre-diabetes and is experiencing shooting peripheral pain(DD: diabetic neuropathy) Could this be a case of diabetic retinopathy or age-related vitreous degeneration?
