A bad night of tossing and turning in your bed is likely to give you a bad mood throughout the day. Even if you had a bad night, it is important to make the next night good one. After a bad night, follow these; • Don’t hit snooze button. The extra ten minutes are likely to turn into an hour. This won’t compensate for the bad night but surely get you late to work. • Don’t sleep past your usual waking time. This will disturb your internal clock. • Walk through the garden, corridor or your way to office. Greet the sun! • Kick start with a cup of coffee. Make sure you don’t double it! • Exercise 3-4 hours before going to sleep. Doing it right before sleep can make you alert giving you another bad night. • No alcohol and smoking! • Take a light, healthy and early dinner. • Avoid scrolling through social media apps and put the phone down. It kills your sleep!
