Situs inversus. The apex of the heart is on the right side (dextrocardia). The gastric air bubble is also on the right. So basically everything is flipped on to the opposite side. and moreover the left hemidiaphragm is at a higher level than the right one. can be due to the liver on left side. woa!!!!

(Sinus inversus Totalis) Radiological Finding: The Heart is seen on the right side of the thorax mainly and apex pointing to the right The right Cardiac border is composed of pulmonary artery, left atrium and left ventricles The left cardiac border is composed of right atrium The abdominal viscera: Gastric air bubble is seen on the right side and liver shadow on the left side. Diagnosis Dextocardia (Situs Inversus Totalis): Cardiac displacement or dextroposition due to lung pathology.
I think this is not a case of Dextrocardia/Situs Inversus as in case already mentioned AP view of Chest X ray
