A 68/M is brought in by his family for sudden weakness of the right side of the limbs and body, but on the left side of the face. It started less than 30 minutes ago. He is a retired company executive with a history of hypertension for about 20 years for which he is taking losartan 50mg once a day. He also has atrial fibrillation for which he takes atenolol 50mg once a day. He is not diabetic nor dyslipidemic. He exercises with brisk walking for about 45 minutes a day. He is awake but his speech is dysarthric because of the facial weakness. He is overweight (BMI ~ 29); BP: 160/90; HR: 98 (1 min); RR: 16/min; T’: 36.8’C. O2 sat: 98%? What's the diagnosis
