Need to know more about medical history. Is he already admitted to hospital? Is he in ER? Wmeds is this person taking? What are his labs? Do this person have increased potassium. They have peaked T waveI am not a Dr. I'm a ICU nurse but that is the things u would b lookong at.
He is not smoker he is not a drinker and did not take any regular medicin and he have not any past history of B.he never b hospitalizedand All rotin labs are normal
Definite peaked T wave. Hyperkalemia causes that, but SOB and vertigo aren't expected symptoms. What is his heart rate? Does his BP drop when he has the vertigo and SOB?
Hi Cheryl Strahm. But the pt labs are normal plus ABGs are also normal. Heart rate is 80/bm at that time when he face in this condtion which he said. And the B.P is stable at that time
Big T wave and relatively big heart could tell us that could be cardiomiopathy and his symptoms are saying that he could have arytmia that is not seen in this ecg but could be cause of his vertigo
